Even though they're meant to be your agent, they act in behalf of the buyer once an offer has been accepted. Pre-offer communication was incredible and the final price was higher than we expected. Their sales team were great. Post-offer, the communication was awful and sometimes rude. The buyer even appeared to have chain issues (their house relisted on Rightmove) and they didn't inform us, our solicitor, etc. If you want a good price for your property, I highly recommend. If you want support through the process, look elsewhere.

Stanford have been great. They were very supportive and communicated really well during the whole process. They are all so lovely and no question was too silly to ask. It was great to have them supporting us selling for the first time and great to know we could pick up the phone and call them whenever we needed, the guys there were always happy to help.

Really pleased with the service we received from Stanford Estate Agents. They were professional, helpful and enthusiastic with regard to selling our property. We had seen a number of estate agents in the Chandlers Ford area and Stanford Estate Agents were by far the best and would definitely recommend them if you are looking to sell your property. They realise it's not just another house to sell, it's your home and they are there to help you every step of the way.
