Absolutely shocking and advise potential tenants to AVOID like the plague. Have video evidence of being verbally threatened and abused by Mr Frank Allen, and the landlord in question. They both ganged up on me, came to the property,forced entry and proceeded to intimidate me to the point I nearly called the police on them. This was all forwarded to higher management and given as evidence to the DPS, neither of which did anything. Then had the cheek to charge me thousands.Not even a single apology! Luckily I still have the footage so will be perusing matters once again.

Disappointing Experience with Sure Sales and Lettings Burton
I am disappointed with Sure Sales and Lettings Burton. Despite repeated calls, I was kept waiting and, upon finally reaching them, informed that the property I was interested in is already let. Frustrating experience.
