Having been a resident on glan gors for many years, numerous dealings with tom parry I can honestly say I've never dealt with such a terrible company, incredibly incompetent , and manners seem to be forgotten. Many friends and family have had similar experiences and all feel the same. Won't be dealing with the ever again.
