First class experience from start to finish. Completed in 8 weeks from initial viewing over Christmas period which is going some, thanks to the brilliant informative team at Truepennys.

After the viewing they don’t care about you anymore. I had a LOT of problems and headaches because of this agency, the worst of London (from a the main door broken, the shower not working, cold and noise coming from a broken window, not this being out fault but having to deal with because the agency wouldn’t help us) do not trust them when they say they will help, I was desperate uncountable times and had bad anxiety. Our last problem was the deposit, they wanted to keep most part of it and leave us with nothing, we needed to ask for a external check and we won the case, the agency was just trying to keep our money. DO NOT RENT WITH THIS AGENCY.
