Simon was excellent from my first contact with him on the phone through to when we received the keys. He was very supportive, honest and informative due to the unexpected, awful situation we found ourselves in and that we had no control over. From viewing the property, setting up the referencing and getting the keys - the whole process went like a dream and through Simon’s help I could actually get a good night sleep, as how it dealt with it so rapidly for us solved the situation. I would certainly recommend Simon\/WPR as he went above and beyond to help us solve our worrying situation. We have now moved in, all be it, still surrounded by boxes - we are settling into our new home and ready to make happy memories in it. Special thanks to you Simon you were a star !

After having a few estate agents to quote for selling my property, I decided on WRP and defiantly made the right choice. The details they produced were comprehensive and added drone footage online which is fab.
As the sale has progressed, Neil has been a godsend - keeping us up to date and liaising between the seller, the sellers solicitor, my solicitor and me. Nothing has been too much trouble, he’s always at the end of the phone to answer any questions and responds to emails promptly. I would 100% recommend them.

This was my first time in a long while letting my property through an agency and I had a lot of reservations, all of which were quashed when Simon came to look at my property. Simon has a thorough understanding of the market and what landlords need from a lettings agency and service. He provided the full service from appropriately pricing the property to being a friendly point of contact for both me and my tenant. Simon also did his due diligence on all potential tenants to ensure suitability which is worth its weight in gold with the volume of prospective tenants and it needing to be right for both parties. From the moment we contacted WPR in Farnham we had a fantastic and successful experience finding and securing a property to lease. Jon contacted us back very quickly and was incredibly helpful and efficient all the way through the process. Estelle joined in at the appropriate time and provided the same great support. They made the whole process simple to understand, and we had a relaxing and happy experience, whereas finding a place to rent can otherwise be a bit stressful and difficult. Clive came today to give a probate valuation. I made it clear from the outset that the property isn’t likely to be marketed soon, so I was taking his time for no return. He was kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. WPR will always be my first choice of local estate agent.. Their staff know the area inside out and are friendly and approachable. Definitely the best local company.

In two words, VERY DISAPPOINTING.
All talk and false promises, and little or no positive action to do what they are paid to do, which is to actually sell your Property.
After 21 weeks they 'managed' to generate Three viewings, One 'no show' and Two vague expressions
of interest.
Their Customer Service is absymal.
Phone Calls and emails expressing concern not answered or responded to.
Do not bother to waste your time with this Estate Agent.
There are other's who are more pro-active, undertake
much better Marketing, and frankly do a far better job.
