Thanks to James , Kat and at Whatley Lane – this was my first time renting & the whole experience has been very easy and pleasureable.
In comparison to other agents I enquired with who treated me a number and not a client, the service was night and day.

Very slow to respond. I had to make more than one contact. Booked a viewing, received 6 confirmation messages then, almost immediately, a message cancelling. No phone call just a text. I telephoned to see what was going on. Was told the property had gone. I found them chaotic and impolite.

Whilst looking for a place to live, Whatley Lane were the quickest to respond to all of my inquires. I definitely recommend them. Once the process furthered, one of their associates, Kat, was very helpful and responsive to all my needs. There were a few hiccups, but we got through them.
