Billy has been amazing from start to finish. After multiple bad experiences with other main players (Foxtons and Dexter not to mention them), I walked across B&R agency in Tufnell Park, and the attention to detail and the communication were already totally different. We are very happy with the level of service provided, and I couldn't recommend Billy enough. For Foxtons and Dexter, it was just "another deal", whereas for B&R I felt that they really cared and understood what we wanted. Once again, thank you !

We had a great experience with house search with Benham & Reeves. I will give 5 stars for Anna who really went out of the way to show us the apartment. She was very helpful and transparent, and was with us throughout the whole process. Also Maria was great in assisting with the agreement paperwork. They explained us the process and gave a clear understanding of the requirements from both sides. Will Recommend both of them

Just got the keys from Nick, one of the Sales Negotiator in Benham & Reeves.
It took me roughly three months from viewing the property to moving in, Nick's professionalism and dedication is the key throughout the journey.
You can't go wrong with Nick and Benham & Reeves, 5 stars.
