Jemma Corbett has been superb in the letting of a property in North Bristol. Sorting out previous tenants deposits, finding excellent new tenants with a short empty period where decorating and repairs were undertaken. All this done on line and easy for me. DJ&P are professional, prompt and keep you informed along the way. Excellent. Would highly recommend them.

My experience with DJ&P was exceptional in more ways than I care to think of.
Were it not for Sally and her team I would not now have a roof over my head.
Having walked away from the property twice I had given up on the purchase. There were three people all at odds with each other, two of them being solicitors. Too many egos to deal with.
Sally even rang me on her day off to pour oil on troubled waters.....how many agents would do that !
Her negotiating skills and diplomacy were exemplary. I am indebted.

Pretty rubbish experience with this agent. They promised one thing then did a completely different thing, and when I've tried to email them to discuss it further (to 2 different email addresses) they just ignore me. One very disappointed buyer.

I would highly recommend DJ&P and especially Jemma Corbett. She helped me to secure my new tenancy at short notice (including working on her days off) which significantly reduced the stress of the move. Jemma was very helpful/responsive at all times - a true professional and a pleasure to deal with.
Also an additional recommendation for Tegan Bryant who responded very quickly to several maintenance issues that had been caused/left by the previous tenant.
