Liars. Moved out of a property with them they totally fabricated absolute lies to try and keep my deposit which was protected. I won my case be careful with them take plenty of pictures and keep receipts.

I've been renting for two years in Glasgow with them and can see other people might have had negative experiences, however since starting to rent with them I've had no issues at all and they've been quick to respond to any apartment-related maintenance or work. Apartment was also in very good shape when we got the keys.

The most unprofessional, disgraceful and discriminatory experience that I do not wish on any family hence I am writing this review. I travelled from England to view this property to make a fresh start for my son and I and fell in love with the place. Yes it is true that there may have been a bad credit on my name due to unforeseen circumstances to which I explained and offered to pay 6 months or even a year in advance, I paid the deposit the checks were done and the website stated let agreed.
Only to receive an email not a phone call to say there maybe a problem. I had been up to the property twice measured up for blinds arranged a removal firm to move in 3 weeks to be told this devastating news, I have never rented a property before so called a professional organisation who will be dealing
With my case. The estate agent informed me that it was the discretion of the landlord, however, when I informed her I was taking legal advice she told me that she was pleased
That she had reached the decision not to rent to me, I have no doubt that this was not the decision of the landlord after several conversations with her, The property is in need of a lot
Of work that I had arranged to do internally and externally the landlord was so pleased that I was prepared to upgrade the property to make it a lovely home for my son and I that has been taken away from us. To end I have secured a beautiful place that my son and I can call home in my motherland with a lovely estate agent who did not discriminate or lie to us.

Terrible service and complete crooks!!! DO NOT USE. We wanted to relocate, found a lovely cottage to rent ... agreed rent with landlord and paid deposit. Begin sorting out removal companies and all that and then we get an email saying we can't have the property as we don't have jobs in the area yet. This was all after we had agreed everything including paying 6months upfront. The property was displayed on the website as rent agreed yesterday. Checked the website only to see that our property had been put back on the market!! And obviously we got straight on the phone to find out what was going on. We've been ignored for 4 hours at least with no knowledge of what is happening! And strangely enough since we called them this morning they have changed the sign on the website from LET STC (subject to contract) back to let agreed again!!!!!! I even took pictures for the time and date. I smell a big rat. We literally fell in love with this place because it was perfect for me and my mum. False advertisement, lies and destroying peoples lives!!! I think it's disgusting how we have been treated!!! Absolutely and unimaginably disgusting
