I really wonder how this company got positive review. If at all I could do no star, that’s what they deserve.They are the worst I ever experienced. I rented property through them fir nearly 4 years. They are really irresponsible, very difficult to get any work done. They never responded promptly but we have to keep chasing for response. Very unprofessional and we felt that they just support the landlords whereas they supposed to be neutral mediator between the tenants and landlord. Asad had shouted at me without even listening what I was saying. It took them 3 years to give me the permission to remove the dishwasher which was not working for so many years. I got the property after professional cleaning, in a disgusting manner. Full of mould, I’m attaching some pictures of it. Even the guy who came for inventory check was surprised with the condition. After using the property for this long (almost 4 years) I gave them back much more neater than I got. Fahad wants to take our deposit saying unnecessary things. He doesn’t respond to emails when I ask for deposit. It has been 25 days that I left their property and still hasn’t reached a decision about my deposit. Surprisingly on my third contract, they reduced the deposit amount about £200. Where is that money gone? He doesn’t want to accept it. In this 4 years time, they never conducted an electricity safety check. After I gave notice, they contacted me so many times to give an appointment in March, which is after my end date, really a joke. Even the day before my checkout, I was contacted to give an appointment for this( after my checkout date) Such a shame... I strongly suggest that this must be the last company to be approached for renting , unless you don’t find any property with other agents.. Just been lots of stress and waste a lot of time dealing with them. I’m really glad that I managed to vacate the property which is managed by them.... Read more

Been calling from last 2 weeks, every time they took the details and say we will call you back. After 2 weeks I rang to enquire about the same property they said it’s gone and reserved. Upon asking why no one rang to update me man answered ok. That’s really horrible customer service. Unprofessional, no response and careless staff. Never left property letters review. UPDATE: 01.02.2021 For my original review please see below. At present - after nearly 3 months of difficult negotiations I received back part of my deposit. Lawlors Estate also returned my holding deposit which they kept for over a year! At the moment I am trying to recover the remaining amount of my deposit using deposit protection scheme TDS. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The worst service I have ever experienced from an estate agency so far! My deposit was not returned to me after I moved out from the property I rented from Lawlors estates without any valid explanation being given! I was simply told that the landlord was holding my deposit. I rented a studio at Tasker Close for a year. On the day of vacating the property I met one of the agents from Lawlors estates who made quick checks of the property and told me that everything was fine and I should receive inventory report and my deposit in several days. He never contacted me again. After around three weeks of waiting I sent an email asking about deposit but the email was ignored. I phoned and messaged the agency multiple times. I had been told that the landlord held my deposit, and I also received email saying that Lawlors estates was "still awaiting confirmation from the landlord". When I asked about the reason why the landlord held my deposit and what kind of "confirmation" the agency was awaiting, my email was yet again ignored. It has been over 5 weeks (40 days) since I moved out. I was denied my deposit so far without any valid explanation being given. Just to say that landlord should return the deposit within 10 days if there is no dispute between landlord and the tenant. I have to sincerely admit that the service provided by Lawlors estates is very unprofessional and sadly the worst I have received from any agency I previously dealt with! If I don't receive my deposit I will need to go to court to get it back - this is very disappointing.... Read more

I'm finding time to write a review after a long time as I couldn't remember their name. This is a highly unreliable company and their agents have sky high ego issues. I was given a property that wasn't cleaned from the inside at all. They had promised a professional cleanup before I moved in on a pre-agreed date. They won't give you an inventory straight away in the pre-requisite time so that they can then deduct charges from your deposit at the end. They went as far as denying that they owed me money in the end when I had paid for a year in advance due to poor credit ratings and left contractually in 10 months due to a change in circumstances. I had to go through the property ombudsman to get my money back which took me about a year. During my notice period, on one occasion I wasn't able to stay home for a viewing and I told the agent that I wanted to be present due to the high value of contents in the house. He (some Fahad Mallik) actually threatened me saying I'll just use the keys to gain access if you haven't got the time. Save yourself the trouble and deal with someone else. These people haven't got the ethics or a the least bit of humility to deal with genuine clients. Update 24th January 2021: Upon comment from Lawlors. I've still got the ombudsman reports. Do you have or did you have one Mr. Fahad Malik working for you? Of course you do or did. I've still got your emails and all communications with your agency. Your agency literally igrnored my emails for almost 18 months after I moved out of the country. Had the ombudsman not been kind enough to intervene, I would have certainly lost my money. I cannot forget you folks at all. The mental trauma of you treating your clients and the frustration I had to go through to get my money back was surmountable. It took me 18 months to get my money back. I don't want people to go through the same trouble. I might just be lucky enough to save a poor soul.... Read more
