If I could give zero stars, I would. The first phone call was with the guy called Andy (I didn't get his last name). He talked to me in the tone with annoyance and didn't answer my questions properly. He promised to get in touch after reviewing my case. It took more than a week. I had to call again. Then, I first contacted Robyn Fleming on the 12th of January 2021. Since then, I had to send numerous emails to Robyn and Leah McGibbon to get a response or to get something done. It took weeks for the compliance team to contact me. According to Leah, the compliance team was not thinking that my case is not urgent since my house will be finished by July. Even after I followed up with the necessary documents, I still have to send three emails to Leah to give me an update in 2 weeks period. There was no response. If they couldn't act on my behalf, they should have contacted me earlier or updated me with whatever they are doing. They wasted a lot of my time and effort with the whole process whereby I could have been doing that with another firm. I am so not happy with their services and the way they treated the customers.
