When in 2021 I was advised by my letting agent that they were merging with Rampton Baseley, I was wary of the change. The transition, however, was seamless. Whilst some internal processes are managed differently, the team provide a professional, knowledgeable and friendly service.
Eliza Davidson is my property manager. She listens, understands, is honest and discreet. She is familiar with the premises and its history which is important to me to be able to manage it efficiently and cost-effectively. She is professional and also very personable.
Charlie Muxworthy and the marketing team are also very professional and communicative. They provide good advice and guidance through the marketing process and work hard to achieve a successful outcome for all parties involved.

Our property manager Iesha, and everyone we dealt with (Niall, Amelia etc.) were all really helpful, friendly and professional. They responded quickly and dealt with our issues promptly and properly, without just delaying and ignoring us. I've been renting for many years and I was shocked each time I dealt with RB as they have been the best agents I've rented under. Highly appreciated and sad to be leaving them but East Ldn is calling me back.

We viewed a number of properties with Emily after having one of our previous offers with a different company fall through due to lack of communication from the agents. We were incredibly worried and stressed about our rental position and lack of time.
Emily showed us around a number of properties and we put in an offer the same night and had it accepted. We’re now in the process of moving. We are incredibly grateful for Emily being such a clear and speedy communicator, she’s been wonderful throughout the entire process and really helped us keep things moving in the right direction.

We leased a property with Palace Gate (now Rampton Baseley); we experienced exceptional service from both Natasha & Jade, who were our main point of contact over this time. Always just an email or phone call away, nothing was ever too complicated. They made the whole process seamless and hugely contributed to staying in the rental for a long time (9 years). We couldn't recommend our experience with them any higher.

Had a great experience with Niall at Palace Gate Lettings after being quite let down by other agencies in my flat search. He was super responsive and even let me know when he wasn't accessible due to being out of the office, which I appreciated. Honestly, the high level of communication is one of the reasons I put an offer in on the property. Highly recommend them.
