Utter rubbish, absolute cowboys, clowns the ironically named “smart homes”. They provide horrendous service managing property with tenant creating problems when trying to start selling flat in prime location no upward chain. Once tenant had left still no joy trying to sell our flat for over six months. We had one or two time wasters that cost us more money. All we got were excuses about the state of the market, even when we lowered below market value. Once free of these jokers signed up with another letting agent had over ten viewings in 1 week and multiple offers, now proceeding with sale inside of two weeks. Do not use these guys if you want to sell a property inside of a year even one without a tenant all you will get is stress and excuses. They also never answer the phone and give delayed mail feedback from random names in office, just awful.

Apart from phone calls to arrange viewings, I only had one call about how the sale was going, whereas it was supposed to be weekly. They didn't get in touch regarding lowering the sale price until 48 hours before I was due to end my association with them.

Smart homes were amazing, my sale was dealt with by Helen.
She was so lovely and rang me regular as clockwork every week. I actually looked forward to our chats she has a great sense of humour and is so easy to talk to.
I had regular text about viewings and calls to update me on things.
They were easily contactable and if they were ever on another they would call me back swiftly.
I had lost my father and dealing with the grief and shock of losing him and then the prospect of selling his apartment was overwhelming me. Both Smart Homes and Davidson’s in Solihull my solicitors took all the stress and did everything for me even down to taking final gas , water and electric meter readings. No one could have made the sale of the apartment any smoother.
They were fantastic !!! Thank you all at Smart Homes ??????

Always emailed to confirm viewing appointments made by telephone and the staff were very pleasant and approachable. Regular weekly calls made to advise progress since offer accepted from proposed purchasers. If I had one criticism it was that they insisted on doing most of the viewings and yet sometimes this was done by personnel who had not even visited the property previously and so were not familiar with both layout and specific features.
