After I signed the contract I was asked to write a review and I would have given 5*, however I am happy I didn't.
As soon as I moved in, professionalism and customer service somehow disappeared...
The first email I received from the property management team was "to inform me that I should not park all three cars on the driveway"- how unprofessional. What happened with the introduction and maybe a "welcome"?
Anyhow, after I moved in, I emailed with few points - things around the house that needed a bit of maintenance, sadly I heard back from them in a week's time and even then, some of the answers were vague or "I don't know". Its just sad that at the end of each email it says to get in touch if there is anything else I need; how can I do that when each time I ask, they don't know the answer?
Furthermore, amongst other hiccups, the handyman came to fix something, only after 3 weeks to be broken again. I will not bother again, I will do it myself.
In conclusion, I would not recommend Snellers Kingston Estate Agents.
