23rd Oct 2024 (22 weeks ago)We have recently been in a very difficult position as my mam was evicted from The Slipway, Whitehaven. The Grisedales team, especially Debs and Daria have been fantastic in helping us rent and then buy a property within 4 weeks. They went above and beyond what would be expected of an estate agents. Would definitely recommend using their services.

8th Dec 2024 (15 weeks ago)We couldn’t recommend your move Whitehaven enough, right from the beginning from requesting a viewing all the way up to becoming homeowners for the first time we were so greatly supported by the team. Special shout out to Louise for continuously supporting us and helping us make our dream into a reality. Also Hillary you were right when you said you thought we’d buy it because we did! You really put into perspective what we could do with the house to really make it our new home. Thank you all so very much!!!
20th Jul 2023 (1 year ago)PFK have worked as a close-knit team, able to answer questions, instigate viewings, take pro-active decisions and actions to ensure that they have achieved excellent results. A hardworking team, all ready and able to take away the hassle and stress often associated with house selling. They are all undaunted with the problems of selling our house, actively searching for appropriate buyers and weeding out those who are not relevant, as well as aging the best price. We cannot mark them less than excellent.
25th Nov 2024 (17 weeks ago)Avoid. Didn't do repairs, meant very expensive fix as they allowed issue to worsen over time. Wouldnt recommended for landlords or tenants. Can't trust them to look after a property.
26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all.
