A few shortcomings with the property though this is more down to the landlord not being available to deal with some bigger issues beyond Paul Meakin's control. A huge thank you to Alison Bank and Aimee. The service they provided was 5/5 stars.

22nd Sep 2024 (22 days ago)Very friendly, helpful and efficient. I explained I would be away when the ad went out and was reassured this would be ok but felt a bit pressured to respond to things when I’d explained I wouldn’t be able to. This is probably an unusual situation though.

Smooth communications all the way through and all clients where over the moon. Ben is your go to agent if your looking to buy and sell in the SW16 area.

Honest , proeffesional , kind and utterly genuine From start to finish. Supported by Lucy in this instance , both went above and beyond. Do not hesitate to engage with them for the sale of your property. We managed a 4 person chain in 17 weeks . Thankyou thankyou thankyou !
24th May 2024 (20 weeks ago)I want to give Steve and his team at West Wickham a 5 star review. Steve was fantastic and worked so hard to make our chain work. We sold through him and unfortunately we had very difficult chain. But with his experience and hard work , working very closely with the agent for our purchase, they pulled it together. We received a lot of help and very good advice and I would definitely recommend Steve and his team, they were brilliant May-24

Holly even offered to be a helping had when I was going through PND and that’s speaks volumes. They always look out for their clients well being. If i was to remain within London, I would not have parted with their services. They are the best
30th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)?????????? I cannot recommend Cubitt & West Wallington highly enough, especially Louis J. He was simply amazing throughout our entire home-buying process. Louis answered every query we had, no matter how big or small, and was always there to support us. His dedication truly shone when I was recovering from an operation—he constantly checked in on us, making sure everything was moving smoothly. Louis saved our chain from collapsing LITERALLY and even took on last-minute viewings so that my family and I could see the property. His support and positivity were a huge comfort during the stressful conveyancing process. It's such a difference when you're greeted with a smile, and Louis made sure we felt taken care of every step of the way. Without a doubt, when we sell our house, we will be going straight back to Cubitt & West Wallington—especially if Louis is there. We appreciate him to the moon and back! Thank you, Louis, for everything! If I could give Louis 10000 stars, I would!!! We are finally in our new home and it was thanks to him!

19th Sep 2024 (25 days ago)The house wasn’t to bad however the estate agent MARK JARRET was extremely rude insisting that I should move my car from infront of the property so he could park instead this may seem minor but his approach was very aggressive and in professional towards a female. Personally I don’t think this estate agents should be used due to from what it seems lack of staff training which I have never experienced before. Yh is was very nerve wrecking for me.

12th Sep 2021 (3 years ago)I would like to Thank Salman Gillani for his help in introducing me to rent guarantee scheme. I have many properties where i was having problems with tenants, receiving rent and many other issues. But Heaven Estate agents helped me a lot and has made the whole renting out properties a stress free process. The team is great at communicating with any issues or any problems that may need fixing within the properties. Would recommend if you would like a stress free experience.
29th Sep 2024 (15 days ago)Overall they have been a great estate agent. They originally valued the property at £450k which was too high and resulted in no viewings. I had to drop the price by £25k after 6 weeks so I think they got the valuation wrong originally. The team were great, communication was good with the team setting up a what’s app good.
