1st Apr 2021 (4 years ago)Smashing bunch of people. So helpful and passionate about selling homes, and people for houses. They couldn’t have done more during and after a viewing; and are genuinely interested in longterm positive relationships with clients. I found them lovely and so nice. Very professional and supportive. They went well beyond in their kindness, good wishes and help with a new home after purchase.

Lynsey was our main contact and she did a great job and keeping g communication flowing and answering any concerns we had. Would 100% use next time
26th Mar 2022 (3 years ago)I can't recommend Patch Property highly enough. They were very reasonable with no hidden charges and sold my property really quickly. What makes the difference though, is the communication and customer service. The girls in the office get to know you and are interested in what's happening with your situation. I'm missing my chats with Jane! All are extremely knowledgeable and know the market inside out. Many thanks to all involved.

3rd Jun 2025 (9 days ago)I had a very stressful negotiation with one of the negotiators, the person who I was talking had the knowledge that I was going to put an offer but just cut me off persuading the seller to accept an offer for a friend of her, and the seller told me that he was felt obliged to accept it. Means that there are privileges if you know one of the employees ????????, or if you are selling maybe you are not getting the best offer. After that I have been not considered as a buyer as I’m trying to book an appointment for other properties and has been ignored.
24th Feb 2025 (15 weeks ago)From start to finish, Judith and all her staff in Largs were totally professional and more impressively was that they sold Mum's house in 13 days, at £5k over the home valuation report!! Great communication and faultless service. I'd have no hesitation, in highly recommending them!!

9th Jan 2021 (4 years ago)Having used the services of Corum Largs twice in the past 8 Years I having nothing but admiration of all the staff who are nothing but honest and professional in representing thier clients. In my opinion you wont get any better representaion in selling your property. I have tried the rest , now I believe I have tried the best.
