I couldn't recommend Michael highly enough - from our initial consultation, we felt Michael offered something a little different and we both warmed to him instantly. He was honest about the market and our expectations and didn't try the "hard sell." And from then on, if Michael said he was going to do something, he did it, keeping us informed every step of the way. From what we had seen online, we expected brilliant marketing, and we certainly got that. But what I really felt helped our sale was the way Michael handled viewings. All our potential buyers knew exactly what we were looking for and what were the big selling points of our house and the area. In the end, we sold quickly and got exactly what we hoped for.
