The communication was nothing but great throughout and we're very happy with the result. The KF app was great for managing viewings. Also happy with the marketing package. Would recommend the Edinburgh KF team and will likely use the KF services again.

19th Apr 2022 (3 years ago)Could not recommend this landlord at all for a domestic rental. Negligent from the get go, reported smoke alarm several times but they didn’t care to fix it. Agent at the time of entry made a note of it and did nothing putting 2 adults and 4 children at risk. If I could give zeros stars I would have, avoid at all costs. Try to use scare lingering tactics to recoup deposits, fabricating pictures that again where present before we took on the proeprty
13th May 2025 (5 weeks ago)A five-star service from Clyde West End on selling our property in Yorkhill/Finnieston, delivered by the fantastic Jack and Rachel. Truly a seamless journey and cannot recommend the team enough, especially given how daunting the process can seem. I'd previously sold through another estate agent and the difference was night and day. From the initial conversation, to the responsiveness, the marketing, the portal and everything in between — it was exceptional with Clyde!
9th Jun 2025 (10 days ago)I was introduced to Peter Walker from Savills by my solicitor. We were selling a niche holiday home in Argyll and Bute. Unfortunately we were very unlucky and had 3 people pull out of the sale close to missives, I stuck with Savills and they managed to sell the property for me over the home report value in the end. Peter was great throughout the full process. I would recommend working with Savills Glasgow if you are looking to sell in Glasgow or further a field (our property was 1.5 hours from Glashow)
