19th Apr 2022 (3 years ago)Could not recommend this landlord at all for a domestic rental. Negligent from the get go, reported smoke alarm several times but they didn’t care to fix it. Agent at the time of entry made a note of it and did nothing putting 2 adults and 4 children at risk. If I could give zeros stars I would have, avoid at all costs. Try to use scare lingering tactics to recoup deposits, fabricating pictures that again where present before we took on the proeprty
7th Mar 2025 (7 weeks ago)We recently purchased our first home with Briar Homes and were assisted by Gil from Savills. The entire process of buying was simplified by Gil . All emails and phone calls were promptly replied and answered . She is definitely an asset to Savills.
22nd Dec 2022 (2 years ago)We both bought and sold a property on Mull with Bell Ingram. They were always helpful, responsive, and made everything run smoothly. I really enjoyed working with the whole team and would reccommend to anyone wanting to buy or sell property in the area.
27th Jul 2016 (8 years ago)The purpose of this review is not to be defamatory or be untrue it is simply an account of my experience of MacPhee & Co. So here is my sorry story. I employed MacPhee & co to sort out legally the custody of my daughter. While I had no problem as lawyers they were actually rather good. The problem started When I received a substantial bill, quite simply I felt they did not keep me informed as to what kind of fees they were running up. When after numerous and phone calls it became apparent that I couldn’t pay their fees straight away and despite agreeing that I pay in installments as quickly as I could. With 2 working days notice they resigned from the case leaving me unrepresented. Now in fairness they did give me a long time to pay the fees that was small comfort as due to trying to represent my self I lost nearly 50% of the access I had to my daughter prior to getting involved with them. This review is purely an account of my experience and I am not recommending you use them or not. The decision dear reader is yours. Finally despite legal letters promising all sorts of actions from them I’m still giving them one star.

21st Dec 2021 (3 years ago)Great quality service provided by Macphees with selling my home. Communication has been very straightforward with the lawyers and replies are always prompt. Katie the marketing director who did the photos was friendly and professional and gave good advice when asked questions about the selling process. I would recommend using their service as they certainly live up to their high standards.
