5th Jul 2024 (13 weeks ago)I'm writing this review as a fellow estate agent. I've recently had Rural Scene in a chain with myself and Richard was absolutely fantastic. He is extremely proactive and provided us with updates weekly so that our chain moved forward smoothly and we have just today exchanged contracts. If anyone is looking for a rural estate agent then I would highly recommend Rural Scene. As an agent myself the good ones stand out and Richard is brilliant.

14th Aug 2024 (7 weeks ago)The staff at Brown & Co were so friendly, from James who valued, Mark who showed viewers round, and most of all the amazing Caroline, who always responded to my emails quickly, chased up any queries I had and most of all when things were stressful, kept me calm with her positivity and humour. Brilliant estate agents, I would definitely recommend them!

23rd Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)My belief is that you can never be really sure how good a company is until things go wrong, then judge them on their reaction. The first sale was straight forward, to be fair the staff at Sharman Burgess performed to a standard you would expect from any estate agent, unfortunately this sale fell through due to external factors however fortunately Michelle and her colleagues proved their professionalism and expertise, displaying extensive knowledge of their client base and customer resolving the situation with apparent consummate ease. Throughout the entire process Sharman Burgess have displayed excellent communication, professionalism and indeed patience towards us. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody contemplating a house sale and would certainly use them again in the future. thank you
5th Aug 2024 (9 weeks ago)Not professional. Estate Agent comes across as very leary. As a women on my own this is very concerning. Will not tell you when signing up - if you have to withdraw for unforseen circumstances they will charge you a withdrawal fee. They should mention this when signing up- it should be made clear. A bad experience & appalling service

14th Apr 2024 (25 weeks ago)I dealt with Davey Pearson’s at Leaders for my property purchase. From the start I was impressed by the very professional approach Davey offers to mediating the transaction. Consistently keeping all parties involved in the loop. Davey and Yvonne helped navigate the purchase at every stage. Exchanging details between parties promptly and concisely. In short, I would highly recommend this firm. The bonus was that Davey understood the complexity of the loan arrangement and offered alternative contacts for solicitors and lenders.
