20th May 2024 (12 days ago)Amazing experience getting my first house to rent in London. We worked with Patrycja to secure the deal. She and her team were available until late in the night to answer our emails in order to ensure that our contracts could be completed on time. There were several compications with our paperwork but Patrycja and the rest of the team were able to guide us through solving each problem to make sure that all our documents were correct. The whole process, from initial application to signing of the final deal took three days. Very happy with the whole experience

Shaun & Euan did an absolutely fantastic job securing multiple offers, managing the process professionally from start to finish and achieving a record amount paid for the road. Their communication and advice was clear throughout and I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking to sell their property in the area. Particularly at the higher levels, which is where they really show their differentiation versus some of the other agents. A real pleasure to deal with throughout.

28th May 2024 (4 days ago)I dealt with this Branch when looking to buy a flat. They staffed a very junior sales person, and when the deal dragged for months, Dexters's Agent and Branch Managers went completely silent by phone and email, and the purchase fell through. In the meantime the rates went up. The seller eventually sold for 5% less, and I bought elsewhere through another agency. This left me with a pretty bad impression on Dexters overall, although it was probably just this branch to blame.- 23rd May 2024 (9 days ago)Jamal was simply excellent for his responsiveness and attention to detail. Ask for Jamal at Camden. Also, Fiona was great too. Terrific people there.

Had the pleasure to speak to Daniella Who has been by far the best Agent that I have spoken to during my property search. She effortlessly asked me all the right questions, took a keen interest in my search and helped me arrange the needful. After all of this she mentioned shes actually in Sales and not in Lettings. That didnt stop her providing a great service! Regardless of sales or lettings I would definitely recommend contacting Daniella!

18th Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
