This time we were mainly dealing with Jay, who from start to finish has been extremely communicative, helpful and professional. If we move again in future, we will be using MG.

3rd May 2024 (6 weeks ago)Started the process as FTB at the end of January 2024 and completed end of March 2024. Couldn’t be happier with the team! We had initial viewing with Jane, who was incredibly friendly and helpful by answering all our questions about the property and submitting our offer. We continued and completed the process with Claire, who was very professional and diligent, helped us throughout the process and resolved all of the issues we encountered. Thank you all!
19th May 2024 (25 days ago)BTC’s renting process is hassle-free, usually estate agents bring up annoying issues from no-where and total waste of time but BTC is different amongst them. Mitesh handed me key over for 1bed property in Ladysmith road, he seemed a gentleman to me. I truly admire Hima’s service throughout, she was prompt at informing all the updates from the viewing appointment to receiving the key. She assessed and responded to my submitted documents with all promptness and carefulness . Even after receiving the property key there was issues about fridge-freezer nd shower tap and Hima always finds a way to resolve it.she always listens with full attention and always come up with a solution. Hima always responds to texts and phone calls immediately, if she us busy she responds same day. Its not even a month i started tenancy with BTC and i can tell they are not the ones you find here and there now-a-days grown like a mushroom after a rain.
21st May 2024 (23 days ago)While I have observed many positive reviews, particularly about the property viewing and acquisition process, which I can affirm were excellent—Rokeah was incredibly helpful and efficient in securing my rented property two years ago—my subsequent experiences have been considerably less satisfactory. During my two-year tenancy, I encountered numerous issues, including leaks, pest infestations, and problems with both the bathroom and kitchen. Unfortunately, the agency's response to these issues was consistently delayed. It typically took 3-4 weeks to receive a response to my emails, and even longer for any action to be taken to resolve the problems. Upon checking out of the flat, we, the tenants, had to proactively seek information regarding the exit process, including the return of keys, inspection for damages, and our move-out timeline. This lack of proactive communication caused unnecessary last-minute stress. Additionally, we had to insistently request the return of our deposit. Louise initially informed us that it would take 10 days, but provided no further details. It was only after contacting Rokeah that we were informed about the necessity of filling out the DPS information to receive our deposit back, highlighting a significant communication gap within the team. Lastly, Dillon's work ethic fluctuates from being inconsistent and difficult to reach, to being extremely helpful when he does respond. On the other hand, Louise's behaviour is extremely unprofessional. When confronted about an error in the total deposit amount, her response was rude, defensive and passive-aggressive. Such behavior is unacceptable, particularly when the mistake was on her end. This attitude wasn’t the first instance throughout the second year of our tenancy. Dimensions Estates is equivalent to the self-service checkout of estate agents. I highly do not recommend if you’re looking for a smooth and helpful renting process.

She was very responsive and very helpful towards making my offer and we got from viewing the property from my offer getting accepted in just a day. I am excited for this new property and was so happy with my experience at Hunters Shoreditch with Aysima. Much love!

From the very first day of viewing, she was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences. Ms Elena dedication to her job is something that needs to be study. She made what can often be a stressful experience feel seamless and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Ms Elena to anyone looking for a good property.

Shannon has been patient with our very particular search and has been proactive in finding somewhere for us without hassling us. I would recommend Dexters and particularly Shannon.
24th Mar 2024 (12 weeks ago)The most UNPROFESSIONAL agency I have ever come across. Continously late rental payments, missing rent (still owed), and don't respond to emails or return calls unless chased several times. The only reason they have good reviews is due to the previous owner and their sales agent Naveed who has now left DK who was amazing and always did right by his clients unlike Anil... This is my second review after Anil, the owner of David Key, asked me to remove the first earlier last year as he promised to resolve things, but never did... After David Key failed to rectify a very fixable issue with my property after months of being aware of it, I consequently lost a buyer costing me £10k+ and DK/Anil never once apologised or accepted responsibility for their (lack of) actions. I recently almost lost another buyer due to the lack of action by DK to remove my tenant and the ongoing lies about when he'd be vacating the property. Luckily the actions of the sales agent, helped get the property over the line. I'm still owed rent and money from the tenant's deposit to cover cleaning and rubbish removal, and, as usual, Anil is not responding to our calls and emails.

Had the pleasure to speak to Daniella Who has been by far the best Agent that I have spoken to during my property search. She effortlessly asked me all the right questions, took a keen interest in my search and helped me arrange the needful. After all of this she mentioned shes actually in Sales and not in Lettings. That didnt stop her providing a great service! Regardless of sales or lettings I would definitely recommend contacting Daniella!

17th May 2024 (27 days ago)After engaging with several agents we chose Element to represent us for the sale of our house in Wood Green. The two main reasons for this were (a) George came very well prepared with detailed notes and resources that backed their valuation along with a thorough sale strategy and (b) there were several things said that made it clear that they understood the area and the market as they aligned perfectly with our experience of buying this property 5 years ago. It proved to be an excellent decision as we were able to find an excellent buyer within one month. While their commission rate wasn't quite the cheapest offered it certainly justified given the standard of service throughout the process from photos/advertising to completion.
