21st Jan 2022 (2 years ago)The most rubish estate agent i have ever seen. They only work for comission from landotds, they don’t care about tenants. All tenants just be careful. At first they look ok but this is only fake protend.
23rd May 2024 (22 days ago)I was thinking of selling my home and out of curiosity I contacted concentric to value my house and boom……… Elisha came round, my house was on the market that evening, the next day they organised a block booking of 10 viewings then the day after that I had 3 offers! Elisha had expert knowledge of the housing market and was very helpful and professional. She guided me on the sale price but ultimately let me make all the final decisions holding my hand through the whole process. I was then passed over to Chloe to deal with the sale of my property and the purchase of my new property. Chloe was just gorgeous and not only acted as my estate agent but also my councillor when my anxiety about the process and the time that the solicitors were taking, was through the roof. .She was always there as a voice of reason and to bring me back down to earth when I needed it. She went out of her way to chase people up and kept me in the loop every step of the way. She was so patient with me and I couldn’t of received a better service from her. Genuinely, thank you girls for guiding me on this journey to getting my dream home.

In particular I have regularly been speaking to Brooke who is always happy to help, has made me feel comfortable whenever I called with queries and has supported me throughout. Brooke has made my experience with Doran Kennedy pleasant despite there being a few hiccups with previous buyers along the way. Thank you Brooke for everything.

Despite we did everything accordingly. The application form they gave us was for a residential property when we were trying to rent a commercial property. I'm not sure what it is they wanted to achieve but I'm sure we weren't treated fairly. Thank you non the less however this is been a very bad experience for us ????

19th May 2024 (26 days ago)We've currently sold the property waiting for it to go through but we knocked 15,000 off the property the garage that was attached to the property the staff thought it was next door and only when my brother was at the property when the couple were viewing he showed them the garage and also took them around the property I do feel tge garage helped with the sale and I did say this all along any way it sold at the reduced price
9th Dec 2023 (6 mo. ago)Disgusting customer service, rude and unprofessional. I have rented 2 properties through Cameron Mackenzie over 10 years, I've been in properties infested with mould, been in hospital with sickness yet every time you ring up nothing gets sorted and you get ignored. I've had neighbours with the same problems over the years who have also had small children with the same sort of problems and they have said the exact same, they have a horrible attitude towards you, belittle you and act like you are an inconvenience to them as soon as you ask them to do anything (like contact the landlord for repairs) and every time nothing gets done and they get away with it. On the other hand when they want something from you they will harass you, send you over 5 emails a day and constant phone calls trying to intimidate you but ignore you and leave you for months when you are in need of repairs effecting your health. They put me through so much stress when I fell pregnant, ignored dangerous repairs when I had a toddler living with me in the property, and then handed me a section 21 when they wouldn't fix anything, then blamed me for repairs they hadn't done. Luckily I had evidence of this and got most of my deposit back. They also lied about the dates the section 21 was given so luckily it was invalid, I realised this after I had spoken to shelter and checked the dates. The worst letting agency I have ever been with the company should be shut down it is that badly run. I have never been so happy to finally not have to deal with them anymore. Good luck to anyone renting through this horrendous letting agency.

I liked that they listened to how we wanted the house to be photographed and also were open on sale price suggestions, the other advantage is that they have the footfall of Formby village, as well as on Right Move - unlike any other agents which are in Southport. This agent sold our house at above the asking price, unlike any Southport agent who started with lower valuations . Going with this agent gave us around 30k extra on sale price in the end. Communication was great as they use what’s app and are quick on replies.

6th Mar 2024 (14 weeks ago)I recently moved in to a new property, which I bought through Aspire residential. From start to finish the whole team were professional, informative and extremely helpful. I couldn’t fault them. They were always on hand to answer any questions or update me on the process. Nothing was too much trouble. If at any point I was to consider relocating to another property, I would certainly consider using them to sell my house. So thank you to the whole team for making the process straightforward and easy to manage. I wish you all the best for the new office. 22nd May 2024 (23 days ago)*AVOID* - untrustworthy - unreliable - lacking in customer service skills - unprofessional If you do sign for a tenancy with this company, I would advise that you record & document the condition of the property when handed over. I would advise that you record & document every issue/conversation/interaction that you have with any member of staff, including the maintenance team. I would advise ensuring that you have proof from the maintenance team that any work they carry out has been approved & authorised by the owner of the property & MCR Move where applicable. These recommendations are to ensure you do not receive ficticious charges at the end of your tenancy. My experience of MCR Move has been very stressful, upsetting & costly. I sincerely hope that no other family is exposed to the dishonesty & questionable practices of this agency.
