Although one sale fell through when the potential buyer pulled out without notice, Matthew and Richard got us back on the market and we accepted an offer only two weeks later. We liked dealing with Matthew and Richard throughout the process. Their team handled the viewings. Selling and buying a home is a stressful time and having Cooper's on our case made it much easier.

Zach was courteous, knowledgeable and it was easy to hold a conversation with him whilst never feeling like we were being ‘sold’ to. A genuinely good person to have on your side whilst trying to make difficult choices!

Nikki promised to keep in touch and keep me updated and she couldn't she always ensured a member of the team always would. Despite not getting as many flats as she had hoped I am still sitting In my new flat that I am so pleased with due to Nikki working her magic and getting me one. I can't thank her enough abd her team for all there support and help. Fantastic experience and made my move extremely smoothly. Would recommend to anyone who wants a stress free move.

6th Jun 2024 (8 days ago)Right from the beginning of our Journey, we were impressed by the honesty professionalism, and "personal touch" that was provided by both Chris and Sanjay in equal measure. Sanjay was enthusiastic, well-presented, polite, and even made time to fuss with the dogs. Before the viewing took place, Sanjay asked if we wanted to add anything to what he already knew ( He was already very well prepared and knew what additional features we had ) He was courteous to us and to the purchasers allowing them time alone to explore and then answer any questions they had. Overall his enthusiastic and positive approach was great to see. Overall the whole journey with Simpson West has been an extremely positive one. Simpson West should be very proud of how they conduct their business. The people we have met ( Chris and Sanjay ) are a credit to the industry. I would without a doubt recommend them and their services to anyone thinking about using Estate Agents.

She responds well to any issues raised or forms needed.- 21st May 2024 (24 days ago)We took the house off the market with Connells, the initial meeting was very convincing but the reality was unprofessional. only one viewing which was really badly run by the member of staff and then pressure to reduce the property.

The team were always professional, friendly and above all ultra fast to respond, seeing the transaction through to the end. Big shout out to Morgan who went above and beyond in chasing things down. If you want to actually sell your property and convert offers into completions you will struggle to find better.
