As a first time buyer the process can feel quite duanting however Herman was fantastic, very knowledgeble and always willing to answer any questions. I couldn’t recommened Herman enough if you are looking to buy a property in the area.
19th May 2024 (26 days ago)I’ve dealt with KFH to rent my property in Chiswick, but do you think they answer their phone! Tried 4 times, left my contact details on the voice message service, and heard NOTHING back. Will now go to another Estate Agent. Poor service

18th May 2024 (27 days ago)Nick helped me a lot with the purchase of my first flat. I mostly knew which flat I wanted to purchase myself, but there were so many other things to complete. Nick suggested me the solicitors who had experience with flats in the same house, a mortgage broker, showed the flat to surveyors despite me arranging it very late, etc. I am very grateful for all the assistance!

25th May 2024 (20 days ago)We recently sold our property with the help of GG , Ealing Broadway and i can’t recommend them highly enough. If you’re looking to sell your property in Ealing, the team at GG should be your go to. We asked 3 local estate agents around to provide a valuation etc. and so that we could understand a bit more about the service on offer. Leah, sat down with us to understand our priorities, timeframes etc and then followed up with a valuation. The process wasnt rushed - compared to other estate agents who spent 5 mins in the property before providing a quick valuation and throwing paperwork at us. GG felt far more professional. Within a couple of weeks of instructing, GG had pulled together the brochure, taken the photos (In my opinion using a superior provider for the photos compared to other agents), and had started to arrange viewings from the existing client base. We received plenty of notice for viewings, and really appreciated the detailed feedback from each one from both Rohan and Luke. Offer to exchange, was managed excellently by all of the above and Irene - despite some holdups, outside of GG’s control, we were kept in the loop at all time. Many thanks all.

He has been great in liaising with the landlord to help us secure our tenancy and we cannot be more grateful. Would definitely recommend.

Rental property advertised as 'available now', viewed 5 x days ago, not informed at viewing the property was not available 'now'. When pushing for confirmation occupancy date, as she was aware our situation was urgent, driving 2-hour round trip to pay hold fee, when pushed for confirming occupancy date, she decided to pull the property. Only prepared to work at her pace, and as soon as we pushed for clarity she turned on us. Spoke to my partner with an unacceptable tone and arrogant attitude. Be careful and don't trust 'available now'. It's not.

Had the pleasure to speak to Daniella Who has been by far the best Agent that I have spoken to during my property search. She effortlessly asked me all the right questions, took a keen interest in my search and helped me arrange the needful. After all of this she mentioned shes actually in Sales and not in Lettings. That didnt stop her providing a great service! Regardless of sales or lettings I would definitely recommend contacting Daniella!
22nd May 2024 (23 days ago)Worst estate agent in wembley. I had my viewing book for property and on day agent show up with no key for home, I let that slide. Upon speaking to him, he ensures, that we have been booked for next day with same time. However, on the day of viewing, agent won't even show up. After speaking to the agency, we came know that we never booked for the day and we have to book viewing again. Complete waste of time on two consecutive days, Won't recommend at all.

The deposit has been refunded to the tenant but no refund was made to the landlord. Ernest brooks continually chased me for commission management which was due and refused to refund me as claimed that I owed them 2 years of management which isn't true. This is because the tenant has moved out after a year but refused to refund any of money. I would avoid this agent at all cost. There is no reason to withhold money not due to them. They refunded all the deposit to the tenant although the tenancy has not ended yet.

17th May 2024 (28 days ago)After engaging with several agents we chose Element to represent us for the sale of our house in Wood Green. The two main reasons for this were (a) George came very well prepared with detailed notes and resources that backed their valuation along with a thorough sale strategy and (b) there were several things said that made it clear that they understood the area and the market as they aligned perfectly with our experience of buying this property 5 years ago. It proved to be an excellent decision as we were able to find an excellent buyer within one month. While their commission rate wasn't quite the cheapest offered it certainly justified given the standard of service throughout the process from photos/advertising to completion.

You can feel how professional she is and wants the best for both tenants and landlords - she got us viewings as soon as she had new listings, going extra hours and extra mile. She’s super understandable and acknowledges the sometimes grumpy request of customers.
