21st May 2024 (11 days ago)Terrible real estate agents who don't follow through, I have had an experience trying to purchase a property with Portico and they gave me the absolute run around. Can't imagine what it's like for people trying to sell their properties with them. Don't recommend.

He has been great in liaising with the landlord to help us secure our tenancy and we cannot be more grateful. Would definitely recommend.

21st May 2024 (11 days ago)Offered on a property, but never heard back for a week and a half. Finally fetched the agent, and got my offer accepted. I thought it was a done deal, instead, they showed the property to someone else who has now allegedly made a higher offer. Be very mindful, however, whether is this or another agency they're all the same. They don't care about buyers, they only care about the extra pounds the can make off people.

David at B&S gave excellent customer service, we stayed in touch through him with the sellers throughout the whole process which made things much easier. David always responded to queries and chased all solicitors involved promptly. David was friendly, professional and trustworthy. Highly recommend.
30th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)Very bad service. They are liars. When you get in their property once you're are screwed as they don't respond to any of your calls afterwards. Two of their employees named abul & yen were very misbehaving. They don't know how to talk to their clients. So all in all, they are no good. Would never deal with them ever again.

The deposit has been refunded to the tenant but no refund was made to the landlord. Ernest brooks continually chased me for commission management which was due and refused to refund me as claimed that I owed them 2 years of management which isn't true. This is because the tenant has moved out after a year but refused to refund any of money. I would avoid this agent at all cost. There is no reason to withhold money not due to them. They refunded all the deposit to the tenant although the tenancy has not ended yet.

7th May 2024 (25 days ago)Absolutely terrible service. After 10+ years of renting with them, the last 5 years went in trying to get our property back. Breached GDPR - would not let us have our own file after SAR (reported to ICO). The tenants have destroyed our property and Easymove passing it as "normal wear and tear" pics attached to show otherwise. They failed to inspect the property from time to time to avoid the damage and allowed more than 11 people live in a 3 bedroom house without authority which we found out when we visited the property during the eviction period. I am very disappointed with the service and knowledge of laws governing letting by the agents working at this company.
