23rd May 2024 (9 days ago)I've been renting with Grey and Co since 2020 and I can say the service and professionalism is 10/10. Especially, Property Manager Carina Westley. She is amazing, very professional, gets things sorted or acts on the matters immediately and always communicates and provides updates till it is dealt with. She is also very kind and amazing at her job, always my first person of contact if I have any issues or questions. Thank you for always providing me your best service! Highly recommend!

20th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)Had a property viewing booked well in advance for today at 2.30 with Hulya Baillie. I was running 5 minutes late and informed the agency. They said it was fine and she will wait. Arrived there and waited 25 minutes, no one showed up. Called the office and they just kept saying to wait and that they couldn't get through to the team who does the viewings. No one ever showed. Wasted my time completely and I travelled half an hour to get here and paid a bus journey. I am a hard working teacher who doesn't get free time easily so this was very frustrating. Will not be dealing with this unprofessional agency again.

29th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They never reply when you are trying to reach them. I was trying to get some information regarding a flat I was interested in, but I couldn't get hold of anyone. To get an answer I had to chase them with multiple emails and phone calls.

11th May 2024 (21 days ago)Neron Vivian from Hunters Preston Road branch Booked us for viewing at 1pm on Saturday 11/5/24 for Ravenscroft Wembley London. Sent us the email confirmation a day before. We have been in contact via ph twice prior and confirms viewing verbally. We live in northampton and Reached there at 12:58pm for viewing but agent failed to attend. Didn’t bother contacting us via phone or email. We tried calling them. No one pickup at agency and their voicemail was full to receive any voice msg. We went to their Preston Road branch at 1:50pm on the same day to chase up but no one was in. Google timing for Saturday are 9:30am-4:30pm What a waste of time. Ruined our day. We could have enjoyed the weather by doing something fun with kids Poor service. cudnt leave a 0 star.

23rd May 2024 (9 days ago)Had a bad experience with Foxtons Ealing in Feb this year. I turned up to two viewings with the Agent to find that one of the properties had already been let by another agent. The tenant was physically in the property when we turned up - very awkward. Saw a second property and was rushed into making an offer to then be told that that property had also already been let by another agent when I had viewed it. Obviously, they're not very on top of their admin. I then made an offer for a different property which was accepted, paid the deposit and months rent in advance, signed the contract was given a move in date to then be told a couple of weeks before my move-in date that the landlord had pulled out. They gave me my money back quickly and were very apologetic, at least. I ended up getting a property through a different estate agent with no issues at all. Attempting to go through Foxtons turned out to be a waste of my time. I got the impression that they rush everything from advertising properties, getting potential tenants to make offers and getting landlords to accept said offers with none of the parties being 100% happy. They were very nice people but clearly not very organised/competent.
