Ruby handled the negotiations and the correspondence between the owners and lawyers and Quinton did most of the viewings. What an amazing team, Ruby was always quick to respond and kept us informed the whole way and did everything to make both sides happy and Quinton was like something out of grand designs, pointing out all the things we could do with the property and how to maximise the space and opportunities. Felt like we got a bonus experience when buying our first home. Would highly recommend working with this team and enjoy the personal touches that come along the way.

This house and everyone from Parkgate Estate makes me feel warm, feel comfortable and safe every time when I get home. They are like family members who always help me and all tenants. Everyone from Parkgate and tenants, we respects to each other. Chris, Susannah and their team were all very kind and have fully responsible what they doing. They are Amazing team. I'm really lucky to have this landlord who used Parkgate Estate 's services. Strongly vote Parkgate Estate is NO. 1 the best of the best in UK.
28th May 2024 (17 days ago)Although I am only a tenant, I am very happy that the property I rent is managed by Jackson Stops. I seem to mainly communicate with their Property Manager - Loren Pogue. I was used to speaking to her on the phone - she is always highly professional, helpful and keeps me informed. Recently she did my annual property inspection and, unsurprisingly, she was again incredibly helpful and informative while not afraid to say 'don't know' and then both find out the answer and get back to me. She has certainly earned my trust and respect, and through her and others, so has Jackson Stops. Thank you.

I HAVE BEEN DEALT WITH DIFFERENT AGENCIES SUCH AS DASH LIVING BOTH IN SINGAPRE AND HONG KONG, SOME AGENCIES IN CHINA AND THE U.S. ALL OF THEM ARE POLITE, KIND AND HELPFUL. WE DID MAINTAIN A GOOD BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP. THIS TIME I HAVE TO MENTION A STUFF, KATY ELSDON OF LEADERS. I MET HER SINCE DAY ONE I WAS IN THE UK. SHE WAS GENTLE, PATIENT ETC. SINCE THEN I HAD NUMEROUS CHANCES TO DEAL WITH HER. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I AM RATHER SATISFIED WITH THE RESULT. I FELT THE DIFFERENCE WHEN THERE WAS A TIME I WAS CONTACTED BY ANOTHER STAFF. NOW SHE IS BACK. I CAN TELL YOU THIS, KATY IS NOT JUST YOUR BUSINESS COUNTPART BUT A FRIEND. WHEN I NEED SOMETHING THE FIRST SOMEONE COMES UP TO MY MIND IS KATY. SHE HAS BUILT UP THE COMPLETE TRUST WITH ME. I DARE TO SAY KATY IS A KIND OF ASSET OF LEADERS.

18th May 2024 (27 days ago)We had a great experience with Seymours in Horsell, especially from Charlie. He was incredibly helpful with our property search and very easy to communicate with. We ended up seeing quite a few houses and Charlie was great throughout the search.
9th Feb 2024 (18 weeks ago)WORST experience with their letting agents. Here are my reasons why you should AVOID renting with them: 1. They increased my rent half way through my 3 year contract because I got pregnant and the landlord knew my due date was around the time we put a break up clause in the contract. 2. They harassed me into decorating landlord’s house when we gave notice we were leaving. 3. Initially they said our total deductions from our deposit was around £700 mark and then in the dispute they increased it to the £1200 mark
24th May 2024 (21 days ago)We had the pleasure of buying a flat from Sharon. She was extremely helpful and always quick to get back to us with any queries we had. We were first time buyers and had 3 failed purchases before, so partially bought our flat as we sensed Sharon was the sort of no nonsense person that we could trust and who would get it over the line. She recommended a very good mortgage broker and solicitor too, which made the process very smooth and fuss-free. I can't recommend Sharon enough and above all she's a lovely person you'd happily go for a drink with when the job is done.
