Throughout this time the service I received was very professional, always on time and showing a high level of customer care. Worth mentioning Yasemin, who as my property manager did everything incredibly efficiently during my check out process, including the administrative paperwork, last property checks and returning my deposit in full.

11th May 2024 (21 days ago)They were definitely super optimistic about the valuation — we only got a single offer in 5 months. The offer was £50k below the original asking price, and £25k below the price we eventually reduced to. Communication was reasonably quick and Katrina was good to work with. They handled viewings quickly and efficiently - no problems there. They seemed to know a lot about my exact development; I think a lot of people just bought these new builds at ridiculous prices which have now come back to Earth. Not sure I can blame Bairstow Eves for that, but I feel like they could’ve known this when they fought for my business.

28th Feb 2020 (4 years ago)ARQ Homes Estate Agent was recommended to me to get a lettings valuation's appraisal for my house. Also, following the reading of good reviews from other people, I was confident and encouraged to make an appointment with ARQ Homes. I spoke with Abdul who invited me to his office, and made feel more than just a client, I felt like a guest in his ARQ estate agent. Abdul was very clear and concise covering all the details in order to give me an honest an accurate valuation appraisal. Abdul also used his valuable experience and knowledge in the housing market, in order to give me a good advice how to proceed with my plan for both potential lettings and sales of my property. Abdul's advice has definitely put me on the the right directions in order to achieve the best possible outcome in relation to my property. 23rd Jan 2022 (2 years ago)In an industry which is among the five least trusted professions, Hamptons Canary Wharf, but specifically Jack, are raising the bar. I am completing my first home purchase and Jack took an honest selling approach from the beggining, understanding the type of property that I was after. While real estate promotions are usually generic, he highlighted this property to me knowing it checked a number of points while was also transparent on not selling too hard on properties which were outside budget/criteria, which resulted in greater trust. Further, I worked with Capital Private Finance where Avneet provided me with a number of options, while Paul and Kevin at Adams Kaye would periodically check in, pushed the seller's solicitors, and kept a good cadence of communication. Happy with the combined efforts, will look to re-use and recommend.

From the first time when she called me, she got the idea of what I'm looking for straightaway and suggested some options. We then successfully secured a flat with her. During the referencing and pre-move in process, she's been super helpful as well, even on her day off! It's been a great experience dealing with her, highly recommended :)

Jo and Helen are incredible at there jobs and have sorted any issues I've ever had immediately. Will be sad to leave them. Cant recommend enough :)

I have been renting a property with Sparemove for over a year now and It has been a very pleasant experience. It is a lovely property in Leytonstone and I have had no issues with it at all. Would recommend to anyone to use Sparemove again in future.

The property was sold to someone else, as there were other interested parties, that you were aware of, and these buyers came in with immediate offers at acceptable figures soon after viewing. You were coming and going at times and mentioning other properties in the area, which i presume you were also looking at. I gave replies to your emails as to why the lower offers were not acceptable to the owner. The owner took time coming back as mentioned at the time. If you had offered the correct required figure from day one, you had a better chance of securing the property. I have staff members. But like other companies i do undertake viewings but sales progress all sales. I have over 30 years of experience and have sold 1000s of properties to exchange and completion with an exceptionally high conversation rate with all manor of issues, some vendors have even commented that no other agent would have got their sale through, as i sale proceed in a certain way. I have been on Barking road E16 for over 18 years. Good luck with your search. Rabi Dil I have no information, that i have ever had dealings with you. Candice Bonney I gave an expert insight into these types of properties which are blocks of flats with deck access, of which the lenders will also require the % of owner occupiers and take into account re-saleability. The service charges are also high, due to lifts and the concierge, these are predominately for cash buyers, but at certain prices as mentioned. I was marketing at a price that was requested. The housing association i work with declined to purchase. Offers were received, but as mentioned ,when they applied for mortgages there is every possibility they would be declined. I gave 3 other examples of blocks in the area, whereby purchasers had tried multiple brokers but with no joy and unfortunately this was the same in this instance and they were declined due to the above points. Cash buyers at this time, were few and far between and would look at other types of properties to purchase. Feedback was supplied, i handed the keys back politely. I can appreciate it is frustrating with these types of properties and i only wish lenders would be more flexible. Imran Khan I can not go in to detail with regards to the landlords professions but they are very busy at present, we will still be managing the property as we have known them for many years but unfortunately you were declined.

He is always available to take a call and answer any questions we have, no matter what time of the day. He is a great asset to Strettons and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell at auction.
