14th Mar 2024 (13 weeks ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.

Unlike other agents, he is available out of hours and personally conducts the viewings. He achieved a higher than expected sale price and very sold quickly. Colin goes the extra mile, while looking after your interests.I would definitely recommend Amazing Results and would use them again in the future.

I always felt they were giving me sound advice from years of experience in the business and brought up useful points that I wouldn’t have thought of myself. They also ran a very personalised service. Yasmin worked hard to find the correct tenants for me and my flat, there was no pressure to accept tenants quickly, and I always felt they gave me honest and insightful feedback after each viewing. Yasmin went the extra mile, even removing some leftover boxes from the previous tenants so that I didn’t have to come and do that myself from Inverness! Their communication by phone and email was excellent and I really appreciated that I was always kept in mind and in the loop. It was very convenient that I could communicate with them via WhatsApp because I don’t have a good phone signal where I work.

3rd Dec 2022 (1 year ago)So far so good if sale concludes on 21/12. Agent was very helpful with suggestions to improve the flat and very realistic about sale price. They also dealt with viewings and arranged a quick closing date Don’t have final bill yet but we were provided with a breakdown of costs

17th Feb 2024 (17 weeks ago)I rented my mother's house in Bearsden a few years ago. The Property Bureau are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They did not check the house during the tenancy and when the tenants left the property was left in a disgusting state.
