Tom could not have been more understanding of our situation, professional and provided us with the advice and guidance we needed. Having advertised their flat to their internal database we were astonished to receive an acceptable offer within a week. Natalia handled the negotiations on the sale of our flat with professionalism and made what can be a stressful process much more straightforward. One of the main things for ourselves was just being able to pick up the phone whenever to either Tom or Natalia for an update, advice and guidance. Having put the flat under offer, we were under pressure to secure a new home. Tom consistently sent us excellent opportunities and knew the house that would be for us just from understanding exactly what we were looking for. We were not flooded with available opportunities which Tom knew wouldn't be of interest which can get frustrating when other agencies send you everything and anything regardless. Having successfully found us a new home and upon an offer being accepted, Tom handled the whole purchase with the upmost care and attention which we could not fault. As and when we come to sell, it is a very easy decision for us as to who we will be using. We could not recommend KFH Earlsfield more to anyone considering a sale of their current home. 8th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Engaged with Thomas Kear to help with the conveyancing for a purchase on my new property and he was very helpful by suggesting simply. Once I was working with the chosen solicitor he stayed in touch throughout the process to help hurry them along to ensure it made it to completion. Wouldn’t of got in before the stamp duty deadline if it wasn’t for his help.

She was always very accurate in sending me the properties most appropriate to my search, complete of all the details that I needed (lease duration, ground rent, other costs). Dan, the estate agent I met during a viewing, was not only nice but also incredibly professional, offering valuable advice throughout. His assistance didn't stop at the viewing. He actively supported me while putting forward my offer and efficiently handled all the necessary paperwork. Thanks to Dan's swift actions, within a week from the initial viewing, I had the keys to my new place. I'm very grateful for his understanding of my urgency to move in quickly. I highly recommend Dan and the company for their exceptional service and commitment to helping clients swiftly transition into their new homes.

Karl was very kind and welcoming when he showed us around the property, and explained the process well to us, as we are first time buyers. Hayley helped us complete, and she was diligent throughout. The team at Ellisons were excellent and kept us in the loop at all times, and were always happy to promptly answer any questions we had. I strongly recommend working with Ellisons as they really minimised the stress of the process.

After having the flat with a high street estate agency for 3 months with no viewings, I spoke to Elle, best thing ever, she put it on the market and the viewings started to come with her and then Katherine, both are very down to earth, approachable and knowledgeable, once offer was accepted Poppy took over and she was on top of things, keeping everyone moving and kept me informed of everything.
