13th May 2024 (4 weeks ago)I've been really impressed with the whole Manning Stainton team that I have been working with, all of whom made the house-buying process as pain-free as possible. Charlotte Murrie in particular has been incredibly helpful, friendly and endlessly patient throughout the entire process going above and beyond to help and has made the entire process a pleasure. Charlotte has gone out of her way to support me through the house buying process and I would recommend her unequivocally to anyone looking to purchase a house.
14th Aug 2023 (9 mo. ago)The person who valued our house and did the sales pitch to us was great, but the person who actually dealt with our sale was terrible. She added no value to the whole process, never answered the phone or called us back, sent really unhelpful emails with no clear actions or asks in there and provided no effort to mediate our chain and keep all parties happy. It felt like she ended up working for our buyer rather than us who were her clients. She also seemed to shy away from difficult news and did everything over email rather than calling and helping to get people on side. I would not recommend. Our friends had a similar experience so this is not an isolated incident.
12th Jun 2024 (1 day ago)Trish Bell was so “polite”. I told her I am going to open a business and she says”that means you are unemployed”. I say I am looking to move in a month’s time. She says”the property is available NOW!”. Excuse me? Will you finish the paper work that fast I can move in right away? I would say Martin & Co Keighley are much better than this branch.

First choice for tenant find; used several times over past seven years or so for our buy to lets. Dan has the nous for seeking out good tenants and the peace of mind this brings. Strong recommendation- 7th Jun 2024 (6 days ago)they've made an absolute mockery of me and my family. i went for a viewing once and they couldn't even call to cancel, and went the second time after promising me that i would be the first to view the property and they were 20 minutes late and didn't even show me the right property they offered, without even telling me again that the flat i wanted was gone. they've wasted me time twice and didn't even have the decency to explain.

The sale of our property was extremely difficult and protracted however Monroe’s professionalism never wavered once. Every single member of staff at our office (Boston Spa) were outstanding! Please do not even consider another agent ( we moved from another local agent to Monroe) the other agent failed where Monroe succeeded. Well done. Special thanks have to go to the MD Leanna.
