31st Aug 2024 (9 weeks ago)Who takes the photos for the listings? Any photo I see looks like it was taken in 2003. Terrible photography and lighting, poor quality photos compared to competition. Bad angles. Can’t take them seriously. Sort it out I’ve been thinking it for 3 years.

20th May 2024 (24 weeks ago)I recently sold a property and having Farrow and Farrow as my estate agent it was so simple. From Emma’s first visit her valuation and photos were spot on. Viewings by Seth took all the hassle away and updates from Peter, their communication was excellent. I cannot fault the whole team and would highly recommend them. 26th Oct 2024 (6 days ago)I’m not sure where to begin. My girlfriend called to inquire about rental properties, and she has a speech impediment and also stutters when she’s anxious. During the call, she could hear a young man laughing in the background while the agent tried to stifle his laughter. Eventually, my girlfriend became too anxious and hung up. When I called to address this issue calmly, I was abruptly cut off. This experience reflects a troubling lack of professionalism within the company. I wish I had seen the reviews sooner. While I support giving young people opportunities, it’s crucial for businesses to provide proper training. Answering the phone should not be a platform for mockery.
