22nd Nov 2023 (25 weeks ago)Estate agents said "NO" I cannot book a viewing without answering tedious questions! Intruding how all the positive reviews happen when they clearly don’t prioritise sellers. I just called to book a viewing for tomorrow for a property on Abbeville Road. When I was asked what I’m looking for in a property, I said it changes and and I have a meeting in 7 minutes so I’m happy to answer this question during the viewing. Just not now. The agent was RUDE and insisted I should tell him my criteria which I just am not sure about. In the end I asked: I already told you which property I want to view. Can I book a viewing or not? He said "NO". I hung up. I feel sorry for the property seller because this is how the estate agent is selling the property: Adhering to pointless textbook questions while sabotaging a real sale opportunity.- 4th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)Our recent collaboration with Jessica Moreton, who facilitated the sale of one of our premium apartments in Chelsea Island, was truly exceptional. 22nd Apr 2024 (25 days ago)My partner and I rented a flat in Fulham from Martin & Co in November. Though the flat had many issues to begin with that needed to be resolved, I am giving them 5 stars due to the tireless work of our property manager, Francesco Moretti, who swooped in and ensured everything was dealt with swiftly and easily (for us, not for him!), which involved him constantly emailing and calling the council on our behalf, really advocating for us, all the while keeping us updated and making us feel heard. These issues did get resolved thanks to his work, and we are now really settling into our flat. I have rented a lot in London and know what a pain it can be to deal with distant landlords/property managers, but this could not have been farther from our experience with Francesco. Would 100% rent from them again due to this experience!

She was very clear, kind and knowledgeable at all times. I had prompt and timely replies to emails and calls which were always very beneficial. I would recommend portico leyton to others in the future, purely based on how helpful Emily has been!

Thank you particularly to Conner, Alex and Wallace in what was a tricky transaction, I couldn't have done it without them and would heartily recommend. I met with 3 agents and Truepenny's were the obvious choice - they were selling my home, not just a house, great communication, great expectation management and understood both mine and my buyers priorities. Had a buyer in 5 days, all vetted and ready to go. A fantastic experience compared with my buying - thank you again all.

David at B&S gave excellent customer service, we stayed in touch through him with the sellers throughout the whole process which made things much easier. David always responded to queries and chased all solicitors involved promptly. David was friendly, professional and trustworthy. Highly recommend.
3rd Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)Im shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care. I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled. Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?
