15th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)This used to be a decent enough place until they employed idiots during the pandemic. The Shirley one who started in 2021 is particularly rude and obnoxious. She simply will not answer emails or return calls. Nothing professional about her at all but I guess when you pay peanuts you get monkeys! ???????

If your buying a property and DM Hall have done the home report please please check everything as they just tick everything off as ok without checking and from what I hear they take payments from sellers to make reports more attractive. Just check everything as they are not to be trusted.

5th Dec 2023 (6 mo. ago)Graham and Sibbald have been our landlords property management company for over 10 years and we have just been taken over by Westport property Dundee - and I must say the best Christmas present I could ask for. Graham and Sibbald have managed 4 units of family run businesses and have been useless. Emails have been ignored now for months from all 4 tenants. We have all had to close our businesses on numerous occasions as the roof on the building is needing replaced and we are constantly flooded. The car park has no working lights as been reported numerous times with no reply. The stairs to the property are all loose - again reported numerous times with no reply. Front window was smashed in, they charged our business for the repair only to be informed but our insurance that the landlord is responsible for glass repair - we were only given 2/3 of the cost back as said they could have found someone cheaper. 3 days with Westport property and the roof is being replaced next month, lights are replaced , stair been repaired - professional and efficient customer service - highly recommend Westport property if you need your property looked after properly and to have happy loyal tenants

We had a few complications during the purchase but Amy was amazing and helped with every question that we had. We are from England originally so we had a few extra questions on the procedures in Scotland but Amy held our hand and guided us through the whole process. I would strongly recommend the services of Amy and Strutt and Parker they have been really amazing from start to finish.

9th Aug 2023 (10 mo. ago)The team at simple approach worked with me over many months on a difficult portfolio of properties that I was left to sell on behalf of a family member. For Tom and Christy, the workload involved never seemed to be too much bother, they were both always prompt and frienldy and always welcomed contact at any time. They would both go above and beyond to any resolve problems and wanted to relieve any stress that they could from myself. I really appreciate the hard work and effort that the team put in over many months and I would highly recommend this company. I would not hesitate to go to them again in the future.

Communication had to be prompted from the start, no viewings until I suggested changes to the advert, the is no responsibility taken by the staff. They are more happy to ignore your questions and hope you go away. Steer well clear

Tamara was very easy to deal with and provided us with sound advice regarding the presentation, value, suggested timings, and inevitably the final sale. VM&P also use some great vendors for photographs, drone footage, and the home report, all of whom were very friendly and produced outstanding work - the photos and video footage in particular were excellent and i've no doubt contributed to the quick sale.
