7th May 2024 (9 days ago)Me and my partner bought our first home through Money Properties, all I can say is the whole team were fantastic. Our case manager Elise from the Attenborough branch was an absolute star, couldn't ask for a friendlier or helpful member of staff. The process lasted longer than expected due to solicitors delays but throughout the whole process Elise and the team were always there to help if I had any questions or queries (no matter how daft they seem now). I couldn't recommend them enough.

22nd Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Avoid!! if i could give no stars i would !! very unhelpful and pushiness is unreal but upon asking to view a property i was asked 6 times why i didnt want a meeting with their in house solicitors or mortgage broker to which i responded with already sorted to which they continued to try a pressure me into using theirs i have said no many times. i am sure they wouldn't of done this to a man so why to me !!! also upon liking that house on to road to buying it we were called by a snotty girl who had said to my fiancé that basically if we don't see your deposit the sellers are going to go to Aldreds......... right so you're going to let your competition take your money and commission ? of course you are love! anyway apart from that they don't reply to any questions and we have pulled out of the house we were purchasing because of this company no the house or people i hope you are happy with yourself as a company as hopefully more people will not use you disgraceful, pushy, bullies !!! have both names of the employees which i could name and shame but i dont want to do that ! many thanks

9th May 2024 (7 days ago)Amazing communication throughout and always feel that they are doing their absolute best for you. Everyone at Iconic is absolutely brilliant. This is the third time that I have sold my house through them and I would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend.

Having not heard back by the end of the working day, I followed up in the evening by completing a Rightmove enquiry form setting out our details and situation being a “ready to move” cash buyer with nothing to sell. Today is Tuesday and have heard nothing back from them. Missing a basic staple of customer care if they can’t get round to answering enquiries. Very poor. If we were looking to sell a property, we would not use W P.
23rd Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)I have used minors and Brady Wroxham branch twice now , and my auntie used them first I have recommended many friends that have also used them , I always use the Wroxham branch , as Abbie is amazing always prompt and happy to help , sold my previous property with this branch and Abbie’s follow up and after care was amazing, they always sell quick and get you a good price , highly recommended their services, chasing the chain , solicitors etc Abbie has always been a great support, a value to this company as well as many others in this office , I opted for a multi agent policy, but only instructed them and had every confidence my property would sell in their care thank you

They wait for you to go on the market with another agent and then phone on a daily basis to try get your business when your in contract with someone else. The agents that show you around are to busy on Snapchat and not interested at all

18th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

12th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)Poor coordination. Drove from NW London for a viewing to be called an hour before to cancel the appt because they couldn't get anyone there due to a broken down vehicle. I know these things happen, but they seemed to not have cared. Lucky we hadn't booked a day off specifically for it; could we do it in a few weeks time was the suggestion... not risking it again.
9th May 2024 (7 days ago)Sold my property with day and Knight and was made so simple by Will and Andrew, I had to do very little myself which is perfect for me :) the guys handled all the viewings, paperwork etc and made it so much less stressful for me.
10th May 2024 (6 days ago)Gilson Bailey at Brundall have been fantastic whilst helping sell our house. Scott was our first point of contact who showed great enthusiasm for helping us get the house on the market. Scott, Braydn and Ruby were all very patient and great with answering all of my questions and showing people round the house. Louise has also been brilliant with progressing the sale in a prompt, friendly and efficient manner. Couldn’t have asked for anything more, a great team who really seem to care. Thanks again.
