24th Jan 2021 (3 years ago)Hello,first of all they didnt sell our house,we showed a few buyers around as C&W dont dont seem to do this on a weekend,the feedback we got from the potenial buyers is that C&W where difficult to get hold of (covid didnt help)for viewings.A few of them didnt know various particulars about the house which C&W should of told them.

From the initial meeting with Graham (Timmins) right though to the completion of the sale, he displayed his many years of experience in selling commercial property, by supporting us through the process (which for us, was not as straight forward as it could have been) in a both professional and friendly manner. At no point did we feel that we could not contact Graham with any of our concerns, no matter how small and we were always kept informed by Graham at every stage. If you are looking to sell your business, I would recommend you contact Graham and benefit from his excellent service, just as we did.

31st Jul 2024 (13 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

Communication had to be prompted from the start, no viewings until I suggested changes to the advert, the is no responsibility taken by the staff. They are more happy to ignore your questions and hope you go away. Steer well clear

Communication was consistently excellent and I particularly appreciated the prompt feedback after each viewing. This information is surely of great interest to every vendor but my previous experience of other agents has sometimes shown an unacceptable tardiness in passing on this information. James and Stef managed to combine an appropriately personal touch with great professionalism so that I felt well cared for and absolutely confident that they had my best interests at heart throughout. So thank you both - you're doing a great job and I wish you a bright and prosperous future.
