24th Jul 2024 (14 weeks ago)We needed a local agent to sell our property, as I’m not from the area, I took advice from the local area and Fells Gulliver kept being mentioned. I met three local agents and was impressed with the team at Fells Gulliver. They did everything for me including all viewings and quickly found a buyer. Highly recommend.
21st Dec 2023 (10 mo. ago)Absolutely awful service! Rented a property with fox and sons 3 weeks ago and ever since the property has had ongoing maintenance issues. Fox and sons winton have consistently ignored my emails and phone calls and just could not care less. Apparently no duty of care to their tenants unless it’s life or death! I advise anyone thinking of renting of buying to avoid at all costs!
30th Jul 2024 (13 weeks ago)It was a long drawn out process when many inappropriate “buyers” were sent to view, who were not even remotely ready to proceed. (Not even their own properties valued or on the market) Consequently, a lot of time wasting.

She truly went above and beyond and nothing was too much to ask for! I would only use her and this firm in the future!
29th May 2024 (22 weeks ago)I certainly recommend Collins and Butler. Jason has always been very helpful and professional in the many years that I have known him. From showing me around Milford on Sea when I first moved here , to letting and recently selling our house. He managed our house let for many years with reliable tenants. He has given us pragmatic and sensible advice with minimal fuss. All staff have always been professional and efficient . A special thanks also to Kim who gave us sensible, helpful advice when we were prepping the house for sale , also for securing a buyer. They made the whole process as straightforward as possible. Thank you all!

3rd Oct 2024 (28 days ago)We knew we were selling at a lower price but they found a buyer quickly and knowing there were no estate agency fees or solicitors fees brought the price closer to what we had hoped for.

14th Oct 2023 (1 year ago)I’m sure there are some success stories but ours isn’t one. I would guess they couldn’t anticipate the disaster of the auction buyers solicitor or the fact the buyer was clearly trying to avoid stamp duty. After being assured everything was fine and above board the auction collapsed leaving us in a financial mess and no compensation. The second auction got unpleasant between solicitors (buyers not accepting it was an auction time line) The hope was for a quick sale, instead we are no further forward and out of pocket.
