I felt their pricing strategy and marketing was perfect for our house and achieved a very good price. After the agreed offer the service provided went above and beyond. With difficult third parties the professional approach kept the sale on track and we are now in our lovely new home. Thank you very much Darius, James, Diane and the rest of the team.
9th Jan 2024 (19 weeks ago)Alex James and Callum were very kind, helpful, patient yet where necessary and appropriate weren't afraid to be direct and plain with me, and in Alex James's words it was to help me and I don't doubt that at all. He provided useful, helpful tips when I was experiencing feelings of being overwhelmed to be calm and collected yet respectful towards our new and upcoming landlord and general other tips for how any tenant is informed of things. I'm not surprised they've got such positive, spectacular reviews. It's a family owned and run estate agency too but overall have felt greatly supported and helped throughout the referencing and anything else they were to do to help our landlord. I have no problem recommending this estate agency, they seem very well knowledged, experienced, helpful, kind, patient yet also very honest. Thank you to Alex James and Callum you've been an honour to correspond with. Anyone who can be as good with me as they have been is worth this recommendation and honest review.

As we were going to be living abroad, it was our priority to find an agent we could trust to keep us fully informed and to make decisions in our absence. The Address did not let us down. The Address have also been our agents for the sale of this property. Even the most straight-forward of sales can become challenging and we would not have wanted to go through this process without their advice, support and professionalism. As both landlord and seller, we would not hesitate to recommend their services and thank them for all they have done for us.

29th Apr 2024 (19 days ago)We recently sold our property with Parkers and we cannot recommend them enough. All their staff go above and beyond to help with any questions or concerns. Gavin offered us very good advice at the time of valuation and how to approach a challenging market. His professionalism and knowledge of the local market were incredible and we felt at complete ease going with Parkers because of it. Once the house was on the market we had the pleasure of dealing with Georgi and Jordan. The early viewings and feedback were handled fantastically by Georgi with great communication and honest feedback. The past few months most my dealings have been with Jordan who has gone so far above and beyond for us that we cannot thank him enough. We had some difficulties with an onward purchase and were very stressed at the time. Jordan went out of his way to help us through this, even messaging us well out of his hours of operation with updates and advice. An incredibly considerate and lovely person, he is an asset to parkers. Having dealt with a number of other agents in Norfolk (where we are moving too) it was so stark to me how much Parkers stands head and shoulders above anyone else. 3rd Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)I'm a first time home byer and I was finding it hard to find a good mortgage adviser. I was then recommended Audrey at MMS from my cousin who is with them. I spoke to Audrey and she went through all the details and got me a mortgage in principle. Audrey also kept me up to date with better deals as they were coming out to get the best rates. Audrey and her team helped me from start to finish and I felt more relaxed. I would like to say a big thanks to Audrey and her team for everything they have done and I will defiantly keep using them as there service is fantastic. 100%?????

18th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

12th May 2024 (6 days ago)We arranged to view a property. The estate agent turned up 10 minutes later after saying she would be there early and didn’t even apologise. She decided to park half a mile down the road and said to us when she turned up ‘I don’t like to park outside the houses. I like to park down the road and walk up’ although she was already late. She knew next to nothing regarding the house and couldn’t answer our questions, including the fact that it was actually sold when we viewed it, so we should never have been able to view it. After it being sold, the estate agents allowed us to put an offer in and it got accepted. We ended up pulling out due to unforeseen circumstances which we explained and apologies in a detailed email to them, to which they never even replied. Would not use again or recommend.

Any issues were resolved punctually and communication was smooth. Dan always checked in with us to make sure we were informed, and we found APX to be very proactive at every stage. Highly recommend!

Very professional, genuinely knew the area and market, spoke honestly and plainly (not "salesy") and were competitive in price. I could not say the same for other estate agents I considered. Good at keeping in touch throughout the process and were persistent where needed to get the sale over the line.
