If we came to sell again we would 100% be using them in the future and would recommend them to anyone. They kept in contact with us during the whole process. Jason always contacted us weekly during our process for updates, if we needed anything he always replied to emails rapidly. Our home sold within a couple of days of going to the market. The photos were perfect and made our home look exactly how it was. Had a viewing with him a few weeks ago, had good knowledge of the property, was able to answer all my questions, and gave good review of the neighbourhood. She has been great and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. The viewing stage was sorted very quickly and carried out well, she was also very helpful in the later stages of the process by helping me with all queries I had which were all answered quickly and in detail. She also kept me in the loop whenever there were any updates. Overall I had a very good and positive experience working with Naomi and William H Brown.

The standard of clean expected is always incredibly high, Beebys go above and beyond to ensure that properties are clean and well presented for new tenants. The team at Beebys are professional, yet approachable. Always friendly and appreciative. They are an absolute joy to communicate with. We would, and do, recommend them to friends and family who are looking for properties to let or buy.
12th May 2024 (3 days ago)We asked from the beginning that we wanted them to do their job and liaise with us rather than us having to chase them for feedback. Unfortunately I had to chase them. 3 times I asked for a copy of our contact which I eventually received once we said we no longer required their services. I felt there was a lot of waffle and no facts and action plan at applied!

30th Apr 2024 (15 days ago)Initially they talked the talk and were very helpful but once the property was sold they started pushing for us to move out early (which we refused to do) presumably so they could get their commission. The communication in the period between sale and completion was minimal from their side until Ozzie became the "contact" person and we cannot praise him enough.
