10th May 2024 (22 days ago)We rented through CHK for a property in Esher and we received excellent service from the team throughout the whole tenancy. Even at the end, we needed to extend our tenancy for a few days and they were so accommodating to help make it happen. Their lettings head Alexandra Crocker is particularly able and helpful. She is always cheerful, efficient and excellent in service I observed that her professionalism in in born. 1st May 2024 (4 weeks ago)Ushers sold my flat in Carshalton even though there were two other flats for sale in the same block as mine, and got the best price of all three sales. Ushers is really second to none for this area and I would choose no other estate agent if I were selling in the area. The local knowledge and personal touch is invaluable.
8th Jan 2024 (21 weeks ago)Sold a property thru Goodfellows as Executor of a Will. Once sale complete the Lettings department consistently and regularly phoned to gain business to let out the property sold. Explained the first few times their mistake but the calls simply don't stop. The insensitive Lettings Manager is determined to get me to somehow give permission to advertise deceased relative property. Would not trust Goodfellows with any property management if they can't get the basics right even when corrected. The female Lettings Manager would not accept any responsibility for their failure of calling me when told categorical not too, but also the crass response from the branch in relation to my past relative.

My thanks to Harvey who was my initial contact and professionally started the process of purchasing the property. But also my heartfelt thanks to Rosie, my main contact, who had endless patience in giving support, advice and dealing with numerous queries that were answered promptly. On top of that great professionalism, perseverance and dedication in hitting a near Impossible deadline that saved me a lot of money. I would certainly recommend Move Revolution.
5th Sep 2023 (8 mo. ago)Amazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!

I sold my property in Wallington through them during a difficult period due to the economy and interest rates continually rising. I had bought a new build and had to wait a long time for it to be built, Nigel and the team were exceptional throughout, always returned my phone calls and assisted with any issues during the process, great customer service , woukd definitely recommend C&W, thank you for all your help.

Karl was very kind and welcoming when he showed us around the property, and explained the process well to us, as we are first time buyers. Hayley helped us complete, and she was diligent throughout. The team at Ellisons were excellent and kept us in the loop at all times, and were always happy to promptly answer any questions we had. I strongly recommend working with Ellisons as they really minimised the stress of the process.

I truly wouldn't recommend anyone else and I can't thank them enough. Initially, I'd signed up with a well-established estate agents (B*M) last summer. They were rude, unhelpful and ghosted me as soon as I signed a contract. They said I wouldn't get what I had hoped for, and they never bothered to arrange any viewings. After a month of silence from them, I ended the contract and lost hope. A few months later, I did some research and came across Livin. Jason and Leon were professional, honest and upfront. The marketing was fresh and sleek. The photos (and video) did a great job of selling the place and highlighting the positives. The team organised an open house viewing and I received multiple offers within a week of it going up on the market. Not only that, I got more than I had hoped for. If I still lived in South London, I would absolutely list a future property with them again. They are trustworthy and professional and I can't stop singing their prasies. True selling-superheroes! Thanks, guys.
