I liked how they had viewing agents, who specialised in showing properties to potential buyers, and kept me informed about the viewings, pluses about the property and negatives if any.

6th Feb 2019 (5 years ago)After having spoke with every estate agent in Blackpool while looking for investment properties to buy, it became very clear, very quickly that Christie King were the most professional of them all. Not only that they have gone above and beyond in what they have done for me, they continue to provide me with a outstanding service. I have purchased one property through them and now use them to manage my investment property with another being added soon. They are a small team with excellent local knowledge and expertise, Oliver looks after me mainly and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Wainwrights were great and when we found our perfect property they helped everything run so smoothly. A big thank you for all their advice and assistance. Lovely people.

Right from the initial meeting and valuation they have been professional, courteous and friendly and have kept us in touch all throughout the viewing process and with our eventual successful sale. Jonny, Emma and Jenny are great to deal with and the whole process have been stress free. I recommend them wholeheartedly and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

However it sold very quickly at at a price they recommended which was 50% more than I had in mind. Everyone involved was very pleasant and efficient to deal with. Thank you!

Had a lot of communication mainly with Dewi who was easily contactable, did what he promised to do and a good link between us and our buyer. Kept us calm when things got difficult (as they often do) and a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend for sales.

I have to commend the services of Emily and Jessica at Unique Estate Agency Fleetwood who got me my viewing when i wanted, and took care of all the minor detail from here forward. An excellent service I would say and would almost certainly be my next option when rebuying or renting. Thanks to all the Team x
15th Dec 2023 (10 mo. ago)Decided to debit everyone £173 right before christmas on a week's notice to cover their own inability to figure out costs for the block for the year. Just dipped straight into everyone's bank accounts. Landlords are the worst, but these are mercenary. They don't care.

31st Jul 2024 (13 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
