Josh Oyibo listened to our requests, showed us apartments that meet our stated criteria, and was straightforward in explaining landlords' requests. He sets a high standard of integrity and professionalism that few other agents meet.

She was super helpful when answering all my questions and was really responsive during the application process. She made time for viewings out of hours and made sure she was flexible to work around my work schedule, which isn’t often the case with other agents. 16th Oct 2024 (16 days ago)Chestertons were great selling our flat near Caledonian Road. They were direct and upfront about how to price it and the strategy for getting serious buyers in for viewings. Their team flooded the flat with people, leading to several serious offers, some in excess of asking price. When things became challenging during a long chain process, Roberto was incredibly supportive, working very hard to reassure people on both sides of the chain and keep things moving. They were direct, clear and did what they said they would do - would recommend.

21st Oct 2024 (11 days ago)I have moved properties with this agent for the second time. Our previous landlord was selling the property and the agency kindly relocated us without any hassle and helped in all matters. I.e. van removal, updating bills and so on.
24th Oct 2024 (8 days ago)I had a viewing with Duncan from this location. He was extremely friendly and helpful. Throughout the viewing he was very chatty and relaxed, allowing us the time we wanted to explore the property in order for us to see if it would be right for us. Prior to the viewing, communication was good. I did not proceed with the property as it wasn't the perfect fit, but would be happy to work with him again and view other properties.

17th Sep 2024 (6 weeks ago)Very poor services by Foxton. Initially a lot of things were communicated with me from their representative but since I am moved in they haven’t done anything. They keep saying one thing that they have to take permission from landlord and it’s been three months em waiting. Kitchen door is not installed , mould issues are there , bathtub needs repairing , intercom is not working and what I always hear from them is they need permission from landlord. Even from almost three weeks em waiting for them to book appointment from British Gas but no response so I would never recommend them.

I had successfully bid for an apartment, however, due to unforeseen circumstances back home, I had to withdraw my application. Paul was extremely professional, kind and understanding of my situation. He arranged for my deposit to be returned without pressuring me into making any decisions. I would absolutely recommend Inner City Estates to my friends and acquaintances looking to rent in London.

I’ve “won” this washing machine, basically I’ve won 2 washing machines in this lot… ohh wait: ive won the one it looks like it was in a car crash!!!! ???? I’ve complained of course… and they just void my invoice, and they refused to give me the machine in better conditions… by law they have to!!!!!!! So… I can conclude this is a scam, be careful, don’t spend your hardworking earned money with them!!! Some of this people don’t deserve to have a job.

4th Oct 2024 (28 days ago)City Realtor, particularly the outstanding manager, Abul Muhsin, have looked after a rental apartment in Shadwell for me for three years. They did simply everything for me, dealing with every emergency small and large and at very reasonable cost. More recently, as I retire, they have sold the apartment for me and they have been excellent again. Compared to the odious young cold callers from some of the better known Agencies in London, City Realtor are utterly professional. I could not recommend them more warmly. Sir Martin Narey

4th Oct 2024 (28 days ago)I had my house up with kings walthamstow branch for over 1 and 1/2 years result 0 I am out of pocket by £1500. Their staff is incompetent and unreliable. After the chain dropped most of the viewings were done by my wife alone, someone called from the office saying sorry car stuck in the car park, stuck in traffic jam, staff called in sick etc so can you please do the viewings. Also, after the chain dropped after the viewings, we would personally have to call back for the feedback for the viewing not even once we were given the feedback for the viewing by the office on their own no offers were ever put to us. Most of the staff did not even know that we were actually buying from you, all in all I would recommend all the customers to stay away from KINGS Walthamstow.
