We were kept upto date with developments throughout and they were really accommodating when we wanted to view the property several times. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Very helpful with supplying information throughout and explaining it all to us.

Our house sold in less than two weeks at above the asking price due in no small way to the work and expertise shown by Currans. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to future clients. The video was excellent and the viewings conducted in excellent fashion. Their followup and communication was great and we truly appreciated their expert advice. A great service provided by caring, friendly and knowledgable people.

However, all parties were kept fully informed and sensible practical advice was offered at each stage to ensure that we got the best price for the property. We have no hesitation in recommending Hewitt Adams as the first stop for buyers or sellers.
12th May 2024 (25 weeks ago)We knew when we first met Adam Gaulton that he was the right agent for us and since then, he has more than surpassed our expectations! Adam is a genuinely nice guy and this, in combination with his impressive knowledge and expertise, got our house sold (for the full asking price) in less than 3 weeks! Since then, Adam has continued to offer us advice and support and has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We honestly couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend him to anyone!
5th Jul 2024 (17 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
