Moving so far was a daunting idea but they provided excellent service, and made the whole process seamless and straight forward. I think I must be of the oldest clients for Richard and the team at Anthony Davies, we purchased a flat in 1999 for the sole purpose of letting it out and Richard and his team have managed the rental for all that time and not only have I never had even a week without a tentant I have never had any problems, the time has come to sell the property and Richard Josh and the team have just concluded that sale as well. I cannot recomend them enough, polite hardworking and very efficient.

If I could put zero star I would. Absolutely horrible agency.. with racist tendencies.
I placed an offer the same day I viewed the property - whilst earning way over the financial threshold. The first red flag was when the agent ignored my offer email and accidentally emailed me when he meant to email someone else asking if they liked the property WHEN I had emailed him an offer ?? I constantly had to chase the agent and he would consistently lie about updates even three weeks after the viewing. He never even had the decency to inform me of when the property had been let to someone else. 0/10.
