We have just exchanged today and Darren has constantly kept us informed by phone or email and is always happy to speak to the other people involved in the chain to speed the process up and keep everybody informed at each stage, the service Darren and his team provide is fantastic and we would highly recommend using Hayward Fox if you are selling or buying.

We all know buying houses is very stressful, but the team at Hayward Fox in Brockenhurst made it as simple and easy as I could hope. In particular Darren was super helpful - I received frequent updates on the purchase process before I even asked for them, had a good idea of the status of the whole chain, and was kept well informed of expected timelines (which turned out to be amazingly accurate). I certainly got the impression that beneath the calm exterior Darren was running around making sure everything ran smoothly. I have no hesitation at all in recommending!

Dealing with Darren at Hayward Fox proved to be a very rewarding experience. He has such infectious enthusiasm and was able to sum up our exact needs after viewing just a couple of properties, very quickly pointing us in the direction of what turned out to be a quite different but unexpectedly ideal home for us. After our offer was accepted, he kept in regular touch, providing us with weekly updates and ensured that any ongoing questions we had were immediately forwarded on to the vendors with their replies instantly sent back to us. My wife and I found that overall, Darren was most pleasant and helpful and he is clearly a great asset to what has been a most professional agency to deal with.
