It's been over two weeks since I reported that the toilet is blocked, the boiler isn't working, the bathroom has a broken leaking tap and the heating isn't working. I was assured multiple times that these issues would be addressed promptly, yet no action has been taken. Even after paying £1600 to this house not a single day I stayed there because it stinks and heater doesn’t work so I had to use the washroom in costa and other restaurants and had to stay in the hotel, now I can’t even afford that, I even took 3 days off work to accommodate the promised repair visits, resulting in a significant loss of income for me. It is incredibly frustrating to feel that my time has been wasted and that my concerns have been disregarded. When I tried to contact the head office, they directed me to the local branch, who then directed me to the maintenance team. The maintenance team promised to fix it later in the evening, but never showed up and did not respond. I did everything I could on my end. Their consistent reassurances have turned out to be empty promises, and I feel misled and let down. As a tenant, I expect timely communication and effective resolutions to such pressing issues.
