We recently bought a house which Hamptons were marketing and were very impressed with the excellent service that we received. Alex was our main link, but Mark and Patrick were also very professional and friendly when they needed to communicate with us directly.
Alex was superb, very knowledgeable with great communication and responsiveness, and happy to arrange viewings at very short notice. The level of service we received from her was the best we have ever had when buying or selling property.
We would more than happily recommend Hamptons Earlsfield to buyers and sellers.

Lost our seller with no explanation and no communication. I know sellers back out sometimes but they handled it awfully, we had to learn it from our onwards, they gave no, explanation or advice and showed zero sympathy. They left us off the market for months and we missed several equiries and lost our onwards due to their ineptitude. To make matters worse they were almost double the price of other agents.

We recently sold our family home of over 12 years through Hamptons. Given the uncertainty of the market sector, we were so impressed with the way that Stuart, Rachel and the team at Hamptons dealt with the sale. They were completely professional at every stage and gave us great support throughout. I was the buyer of a property for sale with Hamptons, and I found them to be extremely helpful and professional. There were times where the seller and seller's seller made things quite difficult and I felt I could have a conversation with Hamptons and they managed the difficult situations and all parties expectations well. I would recommend Hamptons to friends and family.

I made the decision to switch managing agents a few months ago to Hamptons Chelsea. Their advice, management and communication is second to none and I am so pleased to have made the move. I would especially highlight Anthony - despite looking after a large portfolio of properties he is incredibly attentive, offers excellent advice and has been a direct point of contact from day one - I only wish I had made the move to them sooner!

Lettings team and legals were ok, but the Property Management arm is very poor. Zero handover into new property. They leave the tenants all alone to figure out how everything should be working. Very stressful.

Over valued our property at £1,500,000. Then asked us to reduce asking price by £250,000, had people viewing offering £1,000,000 thinking we were desperate to sell because of the large reduction. Sacked them after two months, house never sold.
