OJ AKSU set up 5 viewings in one day on my property and secured an offer from every viewing - these were detailed in terms very clearly and swiftly to me . All communication was incredibly speedy and effective - I was advised well and secured over the asking price. Jon Taylor in tand with OJ kept me regularly abreast of the progress of the deal as I did not live in England anymore so it was a remote deal but incredibly well executed . I feel the team earnt their fee and had my total confidence in an important sale of a former rental property . This is third property I have sold with Keaton’s and I alwasy recommend them

We've been with Keatons Stratfford office for several years and are very happy with the services. We have had very positive experiences with several of their staff, including Shani the sales manager, Elza the tenancy co-ordinator and a few others. The standards have always been high. Highly recommend.

I use Keaton’s for my properties for the past 5 years. Shani, Justine, and James have not let me down at all.
The process to find good tenants is simple, and the contract is competitive. The costs are clear and concise, and if you don't understand them, they will explain them so you can.
Finding the good tenants is hard, but Shani and Justine delivered every time.
And a huge thank you to James in the property management team. He is an absolute star and takes away all of my headaches.
The team is professional at Stratford and deals with both landlords and tenants with integrity!

We have only ever use Shani and Keatons to let our 4 flats and 3 houses in Stratford. We have worked together for over 10 years and from day one Shani has always given us a very professional and yet personal service. As landlords Keatons are always there to answer our questions and help with anything, at any time. Would highly recommend them.
